Buckles
A belt buckle is sized by the width of belt it fits, not by waist size. Check the verified fitting on the product page; do not assume a standard width. Where a fitting is not listed, ask us to confirm it before buying.
To check what width you need, lay an existing belt flat and measure straight across its narrowest point (not across the buckle end), in inches or millimetres. That's the width the buckle needs to match: a buckle sized for a narrower belt won't close over a wider strap, and a wider buckle will sit loose on a narrow one.
Belts
Belt length is measured from the buckle end (where it fastens) to the hole you actually use, not the full strap. If you're ordering a belt to go with a buckle you already own, check the belt's width matches the buckle's fitting as above.
Still unsure which size to order? Email [email protected] with the belt width or waist size you normally wear and we'll tell you honestly which one to pick.
Before buying
Check the fitting width, fastening, dimensions, material, condition and exactly what is included. A buckle photograph does not establish whether a belt is included. For belts and bandanas, confirm the usable length or dimensions and material where these are not listed. Email [email protected] with the product name and the measurement you need; we will check the item rather than guess from its category.
