Frequently asked questions

What are the delivery charges? UK delivery is £7.99 by Royal Mail Economy, free on orders over £100. International delivery is tracked and priced by destination and order value — Europe from £11.95, USA and Canada from £14.95, rest of world from £16.95 — and is shown before you pay; the full table is on the Shipping & returns page. Orders outside the UK may also attract customs duty or import fees charged by your country, which are not included in what you pay us.

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept payment through Stripe only: debit and credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How long will delivery take? We dispatch within one business day — the same day if you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday. UK orders then take 3–5 business days by Royal Mail Economy. International orders take 5–10 business days to Europe, the USA and Canada, and 7–14 business days to the rest of the world, plus any time in customs.

What happens after I order? Once payment is authorised we start preparing your order for dispatch. You'll get an order confirmation by email, then a dispatch email once it's on its way.

Do prices include VAT? Prices include no VAT: SkyRush is not VAT registered. The price you see is the price you pay, plus delivery, and no VAT appears on your order confirmation or invoice.
