UK delivery

UK delivery is £7.99 by Royal Mail Economy, free on orders over £100. Orders are dispatched within one business day: order before 3pm Monday to Friday and it leaves the same day; order after 3pm, or at the weekend, and it leaves the next business day. Royal Mail Economy then takes 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday. We may use another courier for a large or heavy parcel; the delivery price you were quoted does not change.

International delivery

International orders go by tracked post. The price depends on the destination and the value of your order after any discount, and is shown before you pay:

  • Europe (excluding the UK): £11.95 on orders under £50, £13.95 from £50 to £149.99, £15.95 at £150 and over; 5–10 business days.

  • USA and Canada: £14.95 on orders under £50, £16.95 from £50 to £149.99, £18.95 at £150 and over; 5–10 business days. UPS is also offered at £29.95, 2–5 business days.

  • Rest of world: £16.95 on orders under £50, £18.95 from £50 to £149.99, £21.95 at £150 and over; 7–14 business days.

Free delivery applies to UK orders only. International orders are also dispatched within one business day; delivery times are from dispatch and do not include time in customs. Customs duty, import taxes and handling fees are set by the destination country and are paid by you on arrival; they are not included in our prices and we cannot predict or cover them.

Returns

You can request a return from your account, or email [email protected], within 14 days of delivery. This covers orders delivered to the UK and the EU; for anywhere else, email [email protected] before sending anything back and we'll tell you what we can do. Items should come back unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, unless they arrived faulty or not as described.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. Use a tracked service — the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
