Where this applies
This returns policy covers orders delivered to the UK and the EU. If your order was delivered anywhere else, email [email protected] before sending anything back and we'll tell you what we can do.
Your right to cancel
Because you buy from us at a distance, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. On top of that, we accept returns for 14 days from the day after delivery. Both work the same way below.
How to return something
1. Request the return from your account, or email [email protected] with your order number. 2. We confirm a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and the return address by email, usually within one working day. 3. Post the items back, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, within 14 days of our confirmation. Include the RMA reference. 4. We inspect the items when they arrive and refund the original payment method within 14 days.
Where to send it
Send returns to 15 Seaside Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 3PP, United Kingdom. Write your RMA reference on the parcel or put a note inside.
Who pays the return postage
You do, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered — then we cover it and will tell you how in the RMA email. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage: the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
What we refund
The price you paid for the items. If you return a whole order within the 14-day cancellation period we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If an item comes back used, without tags, or damaged beyond looking at it the way you would in a shop, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Faulty items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 items must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is not, tell us at [email protected] before returning it, with photos where they help. Your statutory rights may entitle you to reject the item for a refund, or to a repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances. These rights are separate from our 14-day change-of-mind returns policy.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
